Through her first exhibition POÈMES IMAGÉS, Alix presents at the Galerie Vivienne three photographic creations dedicated to her city of inspiration, putting into words and images the poetry of Parisian life.

Personal work

With her four-part series I Am Dreaming Yet?, Alix explores the boundaries between dream, time, and reality. Rooted in a documentary approach, her images linger like hazy echoes of a fading memory. There, rhythm and movement capture emotions more than reality, evoking the timelessness of an old painting.

What does the city dream of when it sleeps? L’heure bleue explores the last hours of the day, when the city’s forms and colors blur to reveal an almost painterly presence. The series captures the passing of time as an emotional shift, building a dream-like interpretation of reality.

The series’ born from a childhood dream: growing up far from the city and dreaming of it as a land of adventure. A visual journal of her creative awakening between the United States and Paris, where natural elements embody the hazy recollection of childhood while moving silhouettes echo past lives and versions of oneself met along the way.
